Online Repair Request (Contract and Non-contract)

Register for an Online Repair Request (RMA)

Registration is the first step. The one-time registration sets up your account with a user ID and password.

Login to the RMA portal

Your user ID and password allow you to create and manage online repair requests.

If you are not yet registered for the Online Repair Request system, we provide the forms below as an alternative. Please note that the forms do not offer the same convenience and benefits as the Online RMA Repair Request.

To initiate a request for a contracted repair: Download and fill out the repair return form for your country. Attach the form to your unit(s). Send to the address indicated on the form.	To initiate a request for a non-contract, T&M, or warranty repair: Download and fill out the repair return form for your country Submit by email to: emea.ccc@motorola.com You will be sent an RMA number via email or fax (you must have an RMA number PRIOR to shipping the unit(s)) Ship the unit(s) to the address indicated on the form. You will receive an RMA.
