Motorola to Acquire Symbol Technologies

On September 19, Symbol Technologies announced that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Motorola, Inc. Symbol Technologies will serve as the core of Motorola's Enterprise Mobility Business. The combined entity will deliver the ultimate in Enterprise Mobility solutions.
